三重県出身のヨガ実践者／指導者

 

2017年バイロンヨガセンターRYT200、2020年陰ヨガ総合講座30時間養成コース、インド修行2回。

 

2019年インドリシケシにて、アーロンと出会い電撃結婚。それまでのめちゃくちゃな人生から、自身がヨガによって人生が180度変わってゆく経験をし、どんなひとにもYogaを通じ、人間であるわたしたちのそれぞれの身体と仲良くなって、心や魂の声に氣付くこと＝自分で自分を幸せにする＝世界平和を目指して、日々ヨガ的生き方を続けている。

 

また、現在は三重にて夫婦でYogaクラスを定期的に行っている。彼らのクラスでは、老若男女問わず“今この瞬間”への氣付きのレベルを上昇をさせ、その意識を日常生活や人生のあらゆる場面に活かすきっかけを作る。

He is a Hungarian yoga practitioner/teacher who studies yoga mainly in India. He is interested in the authentic teachings and tries to convey them to the modern world in a simple but practical way.

2017 Byron Yoga Centre RYT200, 2020 Yin Yoga Comprehensive 30-hour training course, 2 training in India.

She met Áron in Rishikeshi India in 2019 and they married. Changed her life completely from crazy life through learning yoga and myself. Yoga is for everyone. She is hoping that be best friend with your body to make you happy by yourself connected to world peace for living yogic life.

 

They have yoga classes in Mie prefecture regularly. In their classes they use the asana (yoga poses) to create attentive awareness, which with practice permeates to all areas of life.
