ランプシェードや空間装飾を中心に、真鍮を使った制作をしています。

機械がつくる均一な形よりも、錆や酸化、風化など、自然の中で生まれる思いがけない形に惹かれ、
真鍮という素材が時間や環境によって生み出す変化をもとに、作品を制作しています。

人工物に囲まれた暮らしや空間の中心にある”明かり”に、
自然物を思わせる形を取り入れることで、
その対比や違和感を楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。

I create brass works with a focus on lampshades and spatial installations.

Rather than pursuing the uniform precision of machine-made forms, I am drawn to the unexpected shapes found in nature—formed through rust, oxidation, weathering, and the passage of time. My work is inspired by these natural transformations and reinterprets them through brass.

By introducing forms inspired by nature into light—the focal point of everyday living spaces and interiors—I hope viewers will enjoy the contrast and subtle sense of unfamiliarity that emerges within otherwise artificial environments.
